Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Tried as written. Then I tried a fat free sugar free vanilla yogurt and a 1/4 tsp of sugar free Jello powder. Stir well, and set in freezer for a hour. I love lemon but any flavor gelatin will work. I think it is divine. Original suggestion from a Diabetes educator who use full fat SF yogurt.
This was very good! Not exactly like ice cream, but a nice frozen treat. I used strawberries instead of blueberries, vanilla yogurt, added a T of strawberry preserves and a T of sugar free vanilla syrup. Can't believe I tried this recipe in the winter!!!
