Very flavorful and easy to make. I did add grated cheese and sour cream garnish. My only issue is not knowing exactly how much a serving is..a little hard to guesstimate 1/8 of the entire pot. Yummy! Like others, I used a can of tomatoe sauce and a package of low sodium taco seasoning. I also added a green pepper. I put all the ingredients together the night before. Hubby said he is taking leftovers to work tomorrow for lunch and he usually does not even eat lunch. Will make again. Submitted by:
