Nutrition & Calorie Comments

LOVE this! I have one everyday. I do not use the splenda or cream. I add 1 teaspoon of the hershey's simply 5 chocolate syrup which adds only 15 calories to my ice coffee!
3 TABLESPOONS of Splenda? The chemical taste of all that Splenda would overpower the taste of all the other ingredients. There is some sugar in the Light Hershey's syrup and the Reddi-Whip already, so the Splenda is overkill.
This siounds delicious. I will try it. I've been making iced coffee from my husband's Cuban coffee and add sugar free/fat free international coffee flavored creams lke Vanilla or Carmel and pour it all over ice.
I never comment even when I love things on this site, but this one is really awesome! I only used 1 tbs splenda, omitted the water, and added a splash of fresh cream instead of the whipped cream on top - and blended it with ice. I'm a Type 1 Diabetic and this only had 6 grams of carb - so awesome!
So beautiful like sold in coffee shop. I decreased fat free redi-whip whipped topping.
One word AMAZING!!! It is my new favorite drink!!! I can't believe it only has 58 calories!
I really enjoyed this thanks! I didnt use the whipped cream and just added the syrup straight to the mix. very easy and a nice way to skip the starbucks price and calorie impact. Also just as good with the chocolate almond milk.
Substitute stevia for spenda. It is calorie free all natural sweetner, if you must have sugar. For a little something sweet, I add lite whipped topping. 2 tablespoons are only 20 calories!
This is awesome! I'm Vietnamese and we make a really good iced coffee but it uses condensed milk which has a lot of calories so this is a nice substitute. I couldn't find unsweetened almond milk so I just used regular but it was only 20 cals more. I also deleted the syrup bc I found it unnecessary.
This inspired me to make my own coffee drink with chocolate soy milk and instant coffee. That's it, love it, kids love it. That cut my morning ice coffee calories down from 480 to 140. Thanks for the inspiration!
It's not as good as I thought it would be, I don't think the instant coffee is working, next time I'm gonna try regular coffee, the taste is just too much and then all that sugar is too much too.
Very delicious! I substituted vanilla 2% low fat milk.
Yum! I used non-fat milk since I didn't have almond, plus a small dash of vanilla coffee creamer! So good!!
I LOVED this. I don't drink coffee, so I used 2t pero and 1t unsweetened cocoa instead of the instant coffee. It was WONDERFUL. It tastes much better than a measly 58 calories! Thanks for the great recipe.
Where does all the sodium come from?
I took all the ingredients and put them in a bottle and shook them until blended. I have spent $4 or more at Starbucks and get a pretty good ice coffee. Now I know how to make a really good iced coffee for a fraction of the cost and calories! Thank you so much for sharing this recipe
I must admit I was scared to try this, but I took the plunge. I used sweetened almond milk and sugar instead of splenda and unsweetened almond milk. My calorie count came out to 154 with the whipped cream and syrup. This will become a nice treat for me.
I am so jealous! I'm deathly allergic to Almonds but this sounds soooo good! I'm also amazed that Almond milk has only 40 calories per cup! I guess I'll try it with soy or rice milk but wish there were something more calorie comparable to the Almond :-(
Yummm, sounds very nice. I'm curious about this fat free whipping actually... we can't get anything like that here...
Forget about Starbucks or McDonald's for a great Iced Coffee that doubles as a treat, one taste of this and you'll forget them forever, especially when you see the difference in calories, fat and carbs!! Unbelievably Delicious!
AMAZING!!! I have been craving a coffee and this has definitely fulfilled this craving for coffee and chocolate. I substituted fat free milk and almond flavoring for the almond milk as reccommended. I added the choclate syrup to the mix and skipped the whipped cream. When I shook it up it was frothy
I thought it was too strong, so i added some fat free half and half and one more packet of splenda
RE: GOTHOLI's Comment

Splenda is a sugar substitute.
The almond milk could be replaced with soy milk or fat free milk.
Redi-Whip is a specific brand of whipped cream.
Hershey's is a specific brand of chocolate syrup.

I hope that helps you locate the products in the UK.
yum I love coffee and my biggest problem is that I drink it with half and half. (what a waste of fat and calories) awesome idea I'm going to try it! :)
This appears to be the solution to my iced coffee craving without the calories! Thanks!
Now this is low enough in calories and good looking enough that I'd actually try it!
I used fat free milk with a little almond extract, I also used sugar free chocolate syrup threw it in the blender minus the cool whip and it blended up like a shake, Yummy.
