Incredible... so good, Was not sure how much cereal I just sprinkled on top and gave a great crunch and I also used fatfree cottage cheese. I am pretty sure that my calories for this were around 130. Great Breakfast and Lots of Protein and Engery for the Day! My kids loved it too!
