Gosh, this was YUMMY! I subbed chicken breast tenderloins for the thighs, and used real maple syrup, fresh ginger and reduced-sodium soy sauce. Served it over a salad of mixed greens, mandarin oranges and pineapple tidbits, with a light dressing. EVERYONE loved it (a rarity in our household!).
