Ingredients

    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2.0 cup, cubes Butternut Squash
    1.0 serving Apple, Gala (medium)
    0.5 cup Campbell's low sodium chicken broth
    1.0 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
    0.5 cup Libby's 100% pure canned pumpkin
    2.0 tbsp Butter, salted
    2.0 tsp Curry powder
    0.25 tsp Ginger, ground
    0.12 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    0.25 tsp Salt
    2.0 clove Garlic

Directions

I'm medium size pot sprayed with nonstick spray cook onions and garlic until onions are translucent. Add apples, squash, and chicken broth, bring to boil then simmer until everything is soft. Transfer to blender, add butter and blend gradually adding milk until smooth. Transfer back to pot and bring to boil then simmer 5-10 minutes.
