Introduction
This side dish is simple to make and won't weigh you down. It's the perfect complement to a char grilled lean burger or a great piece of grilled fish.The pasta is like little pearls that are easily coated by your favorite dressing.
-2 cups cooked whole wheat Acini de Pepe pasta (or Orzo or any very small pasta)
-1/2 cup each celery, red pepper, fresh baby peas
-1/4 cup sweet vidalia onion (or to taste)
-1/2 cup mayonnaise (or use your favorite salad dressing) I prefer mayonnaise to make it more like macaroni salad.
-1/2 tsp each celery salt, black pepper, red pepper, garlic powder, oregano, basil
-2 chopped hard boiled eggs (optional)

Mix all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
