Introduction

This sauce is very versatile. It's a great lower-calorie substitute for hummus. You can use it as a dip for veggies, crackers, pita bread, etc. Or you can use it in cooking - try sauteing your favorite veggies with a tablespoon of this for added flavor. You can also put this on top of meat (before or after cooking). It's especially nice with dry meats that need a little extra moisture. This sauce is very versatile.
