Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 can 16 oz. Yellow or White Sweet Corn
    1 can 16 oz.Sweet Peas
    1 can 16 oz. French Style Green Beans
    1 C. Chopped Green Peppers
    1 C. Chopped Celery
    1 small jar chopped pimentoes
    1 C. chopped Green onions (optional)

    1/2 C. Canola Oil
    1/2 C Vinegar
    1/4 C. Green Bean Juice
    1/2 C. Sugar
    1 tsp. Salt
    1 tsp. Pepper

Directions

Combine the Vinegar, Green Bean juice, Canola Oil, Sugar, salt & pepper in sauce pan. Bring to boil--then cool.

Place all vegetables in large bowl. Pour marinade mixture over vegetables. Store in airtight bowl in refrigerator overnight before serving! Will keep in refrigerator 1 week.
Makes 16 6 oz. servings.
