Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 pkg. frozen califlower
    1 clove garlic minced
    1 sm. onion chopped
    1/4-1/2 c. parmesan cheese
    1 T. margarine (or butter)

Directions

Cook califlower, garlic & onion together in saucepan until califlower is mushy. (Yes mushy). Drain. Add margarine & parmesan cheese and mix well with mixer or in food processor until smooth and well blended. Pour into a baking dish which has been sprayed with vegetable oil spray (Pam). Sprinkle with a little more parmesan cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins. or until golden brown and bubbly.
Serve as a side with any meal.

    Very Good
    This was very good. Will be making this over and over again. I did add rosemary and thyme for added flavor. Even my husband liked it and he is not a fan of califlower. Very flavorful with roasting the califlower. - 12/6/14
