Introduction

Ingredients

    1-19 oz can of chick peas, drained
    2 diced tomatoes or 1 cup
    1/2 cup diced red onion
    2 gloves garlic, minced
    2 diced peppers (red, orange, or yellow)
    Handful of cilantro (approx. 2 tbsp)
    3 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp of lemon juice or lime juice
    salt and peper to taste

Directions

Drain can of chick peas and add all other ingredients. Makes 4 servings
