Introduction

Precook whole wheat Penne Pasta: Rinse well and chill. Add peppers, oinion, celery, tomatoes.parmesan and toss. (fresh grated parmesan is preferred over dry parmesan) Add olive oil and rice vinegar. Serve with WholeWheat roll.

    .5 C. Green Pepper
    2 Plum Tomatoes
    2 Tbs. Green Oinion
    .25 C Celery
    2 Tbs. Parmesan Grated (Peferrable Fresh)
    1 Tbs. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 Tbs. Rice Vinegar

    Love this recipe. We make it all the time. Only change is we use Ken's Light Ceaser instead of the rice vinegar and olive oil. Yumm-O - 5/31/09
