This is a delicious salad-- I never really liked three-bean salad before this one! It's sweet and tangy at the same time and full of wonderful textures! Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1(15-oz) can Chickpeas, drained
    1(15-oz) can Green beans, drained
    1(15-oz) can Kidney beans, drained
    4 green onions, diced
    2 large celery stalks, sliced
    1/2 cup cider vinegar
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1 tbs. honey
    1/2 tsp. yellow mustard
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions

1. Mix three beans together
2. Mix in onions and celery
3. In a separate bowl, mix vinegar, oil, honey, mustard, garlic powder, and pepper to form a dressing.
4. Toss dressing over beans, onion, and celery.
5. Refrigerate for 1 hour, until cold
6. Toss and serve
