This is a great sandwich for carb contious dieters. I used Arnold's 12 grain bread here. Works great with any whole grain bread.
This recipe is modified from Kalyn Denney's original recipe. It excludes added salt, replaces 1 tbsp olive oil with 2 tbsp oil substitute, replaces 2 tsp brown sugar with 1 tsp stevia powder. This modified recipe also uses half and half whole wheat and rye flour instead of 100% whole wheat flour.

Baking in the oven gives this bread more room to rise than in the bread machine; so it comes out soft and yummy. If you don't have all the ingredients, don't worry - I have listed substitues for most of them.
I got creative with a pound of ground turkey yesterday and came up with this recipe. The burger was so good I'm having leftovers for dnner today!
