After looking at many similar recipes online, I decided to try to make my own using what I had on hand.
Place two layers of waxed paper between any extra crepes and freeze them. Let crepes thaw at room temperature for one hour before using.
veggies, egg whites, and 2% cheese are combined and baked for a delicious breakfast packed with veggies
Add 1/2 cup of this mix to 3/4 cup boiling water and a pinch of salt. Stir and allow to sit for a few minutes before serving.
Suitable for low-carb diets; 1.9 net carbs. Served with sugar-free syrup, tastes just like the real thing!
