I make this in the crock pot and then freeze leftovers in small containers.
Great chicken salad I threw together tonight in an attempt to save time and money. Makes between 13-15 156g sandwichs. I use Healthy Life 100% whole grain wheat bread. I call it Greek because of the olives.
You can reduce calories by substituting cream for milk, or leave it out entirely, but you will end up with a less fluffy quiche.
Served cold or room temperature, a great brunch or light supper, and wonderful as leftovers.
