These delicious muffins are a great addition to any breakfast, or fine on their own as a snack. They aren't exactly low-fat, but they are a lot healthier than store bought muffins, which tend to be basically cupcakes. The original recipe said to use 1/2 cup nuts and 1/2 cup mini-chocolate chips, but the apple and raisin are a healthier alternative. These are very versatile.
