Allergen Free Brownies - wheat, gluten, dairy, casein, and egg free.
Makes 5 dozen mini brownies

Cream sugar and shortening. Beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in prepared loaf pans for 1 hour @ 350.
You have to use almond flour (meal) for this recipe. I got mine at nutsonline.com. REMEMBER the majority of fat in this recipe is from the nuts - so it's good fat in moderation of course!

I am experimenting to come up with the perfect healthy cheesecake. This one is good, but I think a little more sugar, and another egg will make it even better.
A basic muffin mix that you can keep in the fridge for up to 6 weeks. Add mashed bananas, dried fruit or choc chips for variety.

A cookie I dont mind giving my kids! These were delicious and very satisfing. It was a recipe that I altered and it worked. You can cut the chips down to 1 cup, we just love chocolate around here. Nuts are optional. Play around with it. I used chocolate chunks. I also recommend giving some away as gifts if you dont have a big household, because they really are delicious.

Sort of Cakey but much more dense and dry because I have removed all of the fat. Still tastes very good considering you could reasonably eat the entire cake. The frosting is a bit sticky on the teeth but tastes really good and I would recommend for other uses.
