I drink this every morning with a handfull of 10-12 almonds. Easy on-the-go breakfast! Not the prettiest or sweetest smoothie but it is quick, easy, and nutritious.
Made with just a little bit of sugar (to mascerate the mint with) and stevia powder, this is a healthier version of refreshing lemonaide for a hot summer day.
