This has just a tint of apple cider taste, and incorporates healthy apple concentrate (with skin, seeds, etc) with healthy apple cider vinegar. I usually sprinkle some apple pie spice on top of my mug.
I use this combination of protein powders for my morning drink, combined with chocolate almond milk & coffee. 2drinks gives ~6.4g protein
cut up everything and toss into a good blender like a vitamix. Add some water and blend well. pour over crushed ice. makes one huge smoothie or two average sized smoothie
This is a latte made with 1/2 C skim milk, coffee, any sugar-free flavoring, a bit of syrup, and topping of whip cream

green-tea teabag -4
sugar-4 cups
lemon tea powder mix-4 cups
PROCEDURE
Place water in a pot, bring to a boil. Place teabags into boiling water, continue to let boil until medium brown.
pour tea into a pitcher along with teabag. Add powdered mixture and sugar, squeeze in oranges and lemons,and add Mangoes and apple, then place orange and lemon in tea;( For quicker results let sit for 1 hour ). Next, let sit over night covered. once the tea sits over night and is cooled down remove lemon and orange and stir well. place in refrigerator to chill. serve as needed.
garnish with fresh mint.
