This is my adaptation of a wonderful cauliflower pizza crust I found online. Tried it, LOVED it. It's completely ruined me for bread-based pizza now.
Lower Carb, not necessarily Keto. My original recipe was called Tuscan Ministrong and had small white beans and no meat. Just swapped one protein for the other.
May add 3 oz of chicken breast per serving as well (not in calorie count) Also can add frozen peas or spinach. Original recipe called for 12 oz of pasta with this amount of sauce, I want to make less pasta for a creamier sauce.

This recipe is calories per meatball, I made a large batch and froze them in bags of 3 meatballs
