I know children are fussy eaters and wanted to put this recipe on for parents who want an alternative to frozen chicken products and take back a bit of control over the food children are eating. You can add more ketchup or soy or oil depending on your taste. Add new seasoning to suit yourself though the soy replces any need for salt. This works for me. Ther is enough for 3 children or 2 adults
