mix peanutbutter, corn syrup and sugar in large microwaveable bowl on high 2 minutes or until mixture comes to a boil. stir after each minute. add cereal mix well.
press cereal mixture firmily onto bottom of 13x9 pan sprayed with cooking spray. cool

I adapted this recipe from http://8weekstoabetteryourecipes.blogspot.
com/p/breakfast-smoothies.html, and just swapped the whole what for oat flour to make this gluten free :)
Pulse all ingredients (except chocolate) in a food processor until well combined.
Take mixture out and put in bowl, fold in chocolate chunks/chips - I added some water here too so it stuck together nicely.
Scoop tablespoon size "blobs" on parchment paper and stick in fridge - or press into a pan - let cool - and cut into squares.
