Enhanced Oopsie Roll recipe made with peanut butter for a dairy free version ( instead of cream cheese). I would say it is way better than the original Oopsie Roll because it has more structure to it and is very bread- like. It is best served of course with some jelly or your other favorite toppings. Great smoothie for breakfast or a snack. Each serving of smoothie gives you about 4 servings of fruit. Great substitute for the smoothies you can get at fast food places that are filled with sugar and fat. I buy the fruit in the summer when it's less expensive, cube it, and freeze it to have during the winter months. Make sure to thaw the fruit, at least most of the way, before blending or it can clog the blender.

"PMS Savior" Trail Mix!

Desperate for chocolate, popcorn, and salt, I stopped and created this at home. Stove-popped popcorn in coconut oil was my base, and I added other items I had on hand (all measured and portioned out into 7 different baggies). This could EASILY be adapted and made lower-calorie, but I'm happy with what I have!

My next variation will switch out the M&Ms for organic chocolate chips, but I wanted to use these M&Ms up in a healthier way.
