This is my recipe for fat free salsa. I use it with chips, to top off meats like chicken, or in burritos. Yields approximately 3 1/2 cups of salsa. Each serving size is 1/4 cup.

This is a recipe designed to work for persons who have recently undergone a gastric bypass surgery.
Sift dry ingredients together int a bowl. Activate the yeast with 1/2 cup of warm water,sugar and salt.Once the yeast foams add the dry ingredients and knead with 1 cup of water.The dough should be sticky.Let dough rise for 2 hours.Divide into 8 balss and bake for 25 minutes at 370 F.
