A fresh, simple & delicious salad dressing made from things you always have on hand!
I really like Thai Chili sauce and have developed a rather spicy and tangy salad dressing using Thai Chili Sauce. Although the Thai Chili sauce has a good bit of sugar, I only use 1 Tbsp in the recipe so it's not too bad.
An easy side salad at home to serve with grilled chicken or fish. Makes a good picnic salad because it can be served at room temp.
These jars can be set up with your favorite fruits and veggies in layers with the dressing on the bottom and the salad greens on the top. Just turn over and let the dressing drip down over everything. You can eat out of the jar with the nuts on the side, or pour it out into a large bowl and sprinkle the nuts on top. A half cup of legumes or ounce of cheese could be substituted for the nuts.

My cilantro and yogurt dip is a delicious substitute for mayonnaise keeping the creamy texture without the fat and sodium and adds flavor.
