By using the Poblano Cream Cheese Sauce submited by MIJAHA1 as the base, I created this hearty Chicken Chili.
I made my own broth using 2 chickens with only white meat left on them, celery, garlic and onions and then used that as the base for the soup.
This will make enough for your meal and to bottle up and keep in the fridge for another time. Change the amount of ingredients to match the size of your soup pot.

This crock pot (slow cooker) chicken stew is wonderful served with whole wheat biscuits. It would also be great with onions in it, but my BF is allergic and can only tolerate a small amount of onion powder. I use whold baby carrots because they are easy, but you can substitute large carrots, peeled & sliced.
This Vegetable Beef(Turkey) Soup is great to freeze and reheat. It can be vegetarian, without the meat, and is still great!
