This is a recipe I developed after tasting it at the local farmer's market at a stand selling honey and honey products. Since I am diabetic, I developed this using an imitation honey. The only porblem is controling how much I eat!
I made up this recipe to have a filling and warm breakfast that was a change of pace.
Similar to Shelly's but lighter on the fat and heavier on the protein. Still yummy!
Freeze this in 2 ounce plastic cups. It is so rich...the tiny serving is MORE than enough.
This recipe is based on the recipes found on theworldaccordingtoeggface blog on ObesityHelp.com Shelly is much more creative than I am but this is my adaptation for my tastes.
You can change the flavor by changing the kind of pudding you use. Also change the fruit and/or the type/flavor of protein powder used.
This is fabulous! It isn't completely sugar free but as far as fudge goes...it doesn't get much better.
These are really moist and delicious. They freeze beautifully and can be reheated in the microwave at half power for 30 seconds.
Use this rich chocolate sauce to drizzle over cakes, puddings, or to dip your favortie fruits.
Not as heavy as cheesecake but yummy just the same. Bake in a muffin tin. These freeze well

I CAN'T HAVE SUGAR BUT I LOVE CARROT CAKE WITH CREAM CHEESE FROSTING. I ADLIBBED WITH THE POLANERS SUGAR FREE ORANGE MARMELADE AND 6 PACKS ON ONLY SWEET (STEVIA) IN 1 1/2 PACKS OF NAUFCHATEL CHEESE. I SOFTEN THE CHEESE IN THE MICROWAVE ON THAW, I DO THE SAME WITH THE FRUIT SPREAD. THIS IS VERY GOOD AND WILL BE GREAT ON TOAST TOO!
