Very satisfying and packed full of flavor, this soup is super low calorie but doesn't taste like it! Simple to make and doesn't take long to prepare.

Easy to make, add spices as desired Cook onion and garlic to olive oil and cook until soft, add remaining ingredients ad simmer for 1 hour on very low heat.

We love this, but I'm looking for a way to make it lower fat. Very tasty. Add a dinner roll on the side and you have a meal in my book. I make this without the sesame seeds and they are not included in the nutritional calculations. This is always a big hit at a potluck.
I make this soup with the left-over chicken meat and bones from a Perdue pre-seasoned roaster. Add very little salt and pepper to taste because the chicken was already spiced.

I adapted this recipe from one I found in a vegetarian cookbook and it is delish!
Great dip for parties and 1/3 less fat using neufchatel cheese over regular cream cheese and still tastes great!

This recipe is adapted from one I saw on the Kalyn's Kitchen blog (www.kalynskitchen.blogspot.com). To easily reduce fat content, reduce the amount of peanuts and dress lightly.
