If you miss Crab Rangoon, this is a yummy lowfat version. This is more crab filled than cream cheese, but still very creamy and tasty.
Very versatile dish that can be changed according to your taste and ingredients available. I used left over chicken and brown rice, but I'm looking forward to trying shrimp and other fresh veggies.
I was trying to make salmon sticks tonight but I got salmon that had skins on. so I compromised and came up with this awesome salmon recipe!!
