This is a recipe that I love to make on a cold morning. BUT! How to I make it 'Spark"! It is not very low calorie I think. I need help to know how to figure the calories and such
A delicious crustless quiche-like snack that gives you a nice dose of protein and FLAVOR.
This is a great way to start your day off right with protein packed oatmeal! I eat it every day
Combine dry ingreds., mix wet ingeds., and cobine the 2, mix lightly.
Fry them in olive oil.
Use 2 boxes of whole wheat spaghetti cook and drain add all the wet ingredients and mix w/spaghetti. Use 9x13" dish and bake 350 deg. for 30 min. Cut into 12 serving pieces and enjoy heated or cold.
Butter bread and place butter up in 9 x 13 dish
mix and pour other ingredients over bread, cover and refrigerate overnight or 4 hours. bake 350 45 minutes
