Modified version to reduce sodium. Added benefit is low sugar content.
High Protein, gluten free, sugar free and one serving; these pancakes keep you full all morning.
The original recipe ingredients are listed at the top of the ingredient list and the calorie per serving for that recipe is 373 with 28 g of fat. By making some simple exchanges I was able to bring the calories down to 180 with only 4.8 g of fat. Losing none of the flavor and most of the fat.
I always mix this up with whatever ingredients I have on hand.
That's a delicious recipe. You can use different kinds of fish. The original recipe is Cod. I usually use swai or Tilapia.
