I found this recipe on the internet years ago. I just Googled it and couldn't find it. But, the Joshua Grindle Inn in Mendocino, California deserves credit for the original recipe.
I calculated this recipe using canola oil and the calculator said there would be one gram of saturated fat in a slice (1/12 of a loaf). The info from Hodgson said 0, so if you really want low-fat, compare vegetable oils. Also, I used walnuts
A sweet and savory chicken salad that is quick and easy to make. I like to make this with the leftovers from a rotisserie chicken. You can also use boiled chicken breasts or baked chicken breasts. Also, if you don' t have apples on hand, you can use grapes...the little bit of sweet among all of the savory ingredients makes this really yummy!
