This was a recipe from Parade Magazine and I changed it by using olive oil to cook the onions and garlic. And using egg substitue instead of real eggs.
Keto pancakes. I am going to change this eventually without coconut oil. This was the first time I made them. The flavor was way too strong. I am going to try canola or olive oil next time.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Whisk the eggs, flour, milk, salt, vanilla and cinnamon in bowl. Set aside.
Put the butter in a 9x12 baking dish. Melt butter in the preheated oven, making sure it doesn't burn. About 5 minutes. Pour the batter into the baking dish with the melted butter.
Return to oven and bake until the pancake is puffed and no longer moist in the center. 20-25 minutes.
Serve warm with either fruits, syrup or whatever your little heat desires.
