Boil water and place over natural bran and molasses and let cool. Set aside
In a big measuring cup place the yoghurt, stir in the baking soda, set aside
Beat Eggs in a separate bowl
cut up the drid fruit and prunes.
mix together all dry ingredients except for all bran cereal.
Combine the dry and wet ingredients in large bowl
add fruit and nuts
fold in the all=bran cereal.
Set aside overnight and let tastes meld
Bake at 400 degrees for 18 minutes
Yields 20 muffins.
Recipe can be covered and set in refrigerator and cooked in batches. It is good in the fridge for a week or so. Add more water if necessary

This is basically a random blueberry muffin recipe I made up. I wanted a lower cal muffin so I used about half as much sugar and added splenda to make up the difference. They turned out quite good, a great lower calorie option when you have a muffin craving!
