For this nutritional profile, I used sugar free gelatin. It's what I had on hand. Most of the time, I'd probably use regular gelatin. I was taking this to a church potluck, so I prepared it in an 11x15 pan. Again, the usual would be a regular 9x13 pan.
Quick and easy side dish. Easy to adapt to change into a meal, add chicken and veggies.

This is so simple yet delicious! It jazzes up a salad on a bed of greens or looks like a fancy side dish! I'll try to add a pic sometime!
A chili soup Hybrid. Low in calories and hi in flaver.Can cut seasonings to taste. Add RED PEPPER FLAKES for a little zing.
Chop veggies and throw everything into a medium saucepan. saute until hot.
Nice and FLUFFY whole wheat bread. I use Fine Ground Spring Wheat, Raw Turbinado Sugar or Honey , and olive oil to make it as Alkiline as possible. ENJOY!
