I make this for parties and cook outs. You can easily reduce the quantity if needed.
mix above ingredients and divide into 20 balls. Each ball will have about 100 calories. fry in almost no oil.
I simply added everything I had in the veggie drawer of the fridge and gave it enough water so makes a good soup.
