This was always one of my son's favorite "grazing" dishes. I kept a big mixing bowl full in the fridge and he would dip into the fruit salad instead of getting chips or other not so healthy snacks.!

These are better than regular burgers! You an also use this recipe to make meatballs. Simmer them in marinara sauce and serve with a green salad for a healthy dinner.

I took a great recipe and changed the portions to make it more convienant to make.
Zippy soup served over whole wheat pasta or whole grain rice for a wonderful side to lunch or dinner. 1 cup is the serving size. I pack 1/2 cup pasta to 1 to 1 1/2 of this soup in containers for quick prepared sides for the week. Enjoy : )
I know its really plain but its so good you cai even add fresh corn on the cobb and its even better. PS use a red onion.
