While it isn't low-carb friendly, this delicious dessert is creamy and filling. You'll swear it tastes like an ice cream treat! :)

Not low-fat (I don't consider it low fat, anyway), but very tasty and impressive for company. I decreased sugar by 1/2 cup already, and increased pumpkin pie spice to 2 Tbsp (I love me some spices!). Next time, I'm going to try fresh or frozen cranberries - I can't find dried cranberries that AREN'T sweetened.

Still trying to find ways to decrease the sugar and fat to make it better for me, while keeping the flavour! (But it's an awesome treat!)
