The most delicious cheesecake ever! Easy to make! Made with low calorie and low fat ingredients.
This is a decadent treat. I make it for people at Christmas & try not to eat too much, it's almost like candy! If you let it cool overnight covered, you can cut into these small pieces which pack nicely into tins for gifts...and don't have too many calories each!
Delicious bread! Quite satisfying even in small quantities. If you're really watching calories, try just a half slice with some tea or coffee!

Healthy and very yummy! Lots of compliments on how good it was!
Unbelievably rich! Not good for losing weight, but a fabulous treat. For a change from Amaretto, you can use Kahlua or for a plain chocolate taste, use Vanilla.
2 Ripe Avacado - peeled and pitted
1/2 C of canned coconut milk.. I guess you can use rice or soy if you prefer but I keep alot of coconut milk on hand for baking.
3 - 4 T of Agava (if you have non use 3T of Pure Maple Syrup)
4 T Coco powder
1 T Mint leaves - diced
In a sauce pan heat milk and mint and boil for 5 minutes, stirring. In a blender or a magic bullet (as I use) place the remainder of the ingredients and give a quick couple of pulses to mix it up. After your 5 minutes are up on the milk mixture, pour it into the blender and blend!
Once its in a creamy goodness state you can put in a bowl or use mini cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
