I made this cake for my Dad's Birthday - He loves grilling & angel food cake, so this cake was a hit!
Since we don't get frozen yoghurt in Holland, I made up my own with the use of frozen fruits. Lovely dessert or snack and very satisfying!

Sinfully good, best enjoyed in moderation. Uses cocoa powder for purest chocolate taste, on a chocolate shortbread crust, which is vastly healthier than crushed Oreo cookies.

This is just a trial I will update after I try it. FYI...I have little pans...Make twice as much for 9 inch pan. I use small round pyrex to make individual cakes. It only took about 30 minutes to cook it that way.

Another incarnation of Gourmet's Buttermilk Cake, totally removed from it's original being and transported to something eretheal - sweet but not cloying, rich and moist with a little kick from the peppers and a fresh finish from the fruit.
I used peaches for this cobbler but pears and apples are also delicious.
