This is my favorite dinner to make! It's so simple and delicious!
I usually make this for one of my splurge night dinners because I can't get enough of it!
I got this from Food Network. I love this stew. http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/rachael

This is delicious. After you make it the first time, you may decide to make it in large batches. Make sure you have a BIG pot if you do. I buy a #10 can of tomato sauce (106 ounces), which makes enough for 26 pizzas. I freeze small batches of 1 or 2 pizzas worth in ziplock sandwich baggies. When you make that big a batch, the oil is 1.5 cups, the butter is 1 cup + 5 tbsp; the onions is 6.5 cups; the garlic is 13 cloves; the tomato sauce is a #10 can, or 106 ounces; the tomato paste is 13 6 ounce cans (or try to find a similar amount out of a #10 can if you can freeze the leftover); the parmesan cheese is 1.5 cups plus 2 tbsp; the dried basil is 1/4 cup, the oregano is 1/8th cup; the salt is 2 tbsp; sugar is 3 tbsp; pepper is 1 tbsp; fennel seed is 1/4 cup.
Delicious Chicken parmesan with homemade tomatoe sauce. (warning...not the best choice for low sodium, does well for low fat though.)
This actually came from one of those McCormick Recipe Inspiration cards with the seasonings. It calls for 6 chicken thighs and I replaced them with 3 large chicken breasts, beaten and cut in half.
Deutscher Chili has a medium heat to it and a strong hint of the wonderful German Bier Sausage flavor! Serve hot with croutons, bacon bits, smoked cheddar, chopped parsely or cilantro (optional) and sour cream garnishes!
DO NOT SERVE WITH FRITOS! :P
This is a delicious Morrocan dish, which can be served with cous cous or rice. If you use lamb shoulder, the meat may need extra time in the oven to be tender. Leg meat tends to take a little less time. The cooking times below reflect the use of leg meat.
This is a variation of a recipe I found online! It's easily adapted to your tastes!
Quite tasty! Great low calorie meal. Nutritional information is calculated without the tortillas.
