This is a neat, vitamin and vegetable packed recipe that is a little caloric but delish and filling. We ate it plopped over two pieces of toast and it was delightful. It was just a plus that it was actually vegan!
This is a delicious and incredibly simple recipe for delightful crispy baked chicken. Please resist the urge to make this with boneless skinless until you have tried it with bone and skin intact at least once! I feel the flavor is greatly improved, though I almost exclusively eat BLSL breast for my protein otherwise.
