thick and rich and delicious. use a food processor. I followed the eat to live bolognese: the world's healthiest pasta sauce ... it's my take on it. absolutely delicious. add Italian herbs, salt and black pepper and spike seasoning too. serve over pasta, or grain or salad greens.
