lemony, hearty salad and a good balanced meal
Each serving is appx 2 & 1/2 cups, but since its nutritious enough for a meal you can go larger for a full dinner, or go smaller portions for a healthy side and feed more people.
The ketchup and honey taste a bit like barbecue sauce, but slightly more tart. The basil gives it a different, herby flavor.
Mix browned ground beef with ketchup, add to pan. Mix milk, eggs and bisquick,stir and add cheese. Pour over hamburger mix and bake at 400 for 30 mins

it looks more like a pot pie than a casserole and it is really good. You can even make it ahead of time ready to be popped into the oven.
Top warm polenta mushrooms, vegetables, scampi (shrimp, chicken,veggie) marinara, ragu, cream sauce or enjoy it by itself. Either way it's good!
Great dinner for 2 nights! The loaves are thinner and smaller...but since I don't use a microwave, I found that it was easier to to feed a family of 4, and not have any left overs! Plus I had a meal for another day!
