Have 1 smoothie before each meal and you only need one or two more servings of fruit and veggies for the day. Prevent over-indulging in your meals while getting a variety of nutrient rich whole, real food.
Add frozen berries to the blender. Next add the pineapple (frozen or fresh). Then add the OJ, and yogurt. I use the "CHOP" function on the blender. If you think it is a little too thick then add a bit of milk to it, but I think it is great without it!! This can also be a nice after dinner treat if frozen for the next day. :)
