Combine ingredients except cornstarch, plus salt and pepper to taste, in a small crock pot. Cook on low all day. To thicken sauce, combine cornstarch with a small amount of warm water and stir into crock pot. Cook on high for a few minutes with the lid off to thicken sauce.
