This dish is wonderful as a simple main dish or can be an impressive side dish.
This cake is great for parties or birthday celebrations, it looks and taste good. You just need a small portion to enjoy it!
Slice Onion thin, saute onions till transparent. Combine with beef bouillon in soup pot. Cover Tightly and simmer 1 hour. Ladle soup in bowls (option) top with a piece of toasted French beard and Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon parmesan cheese.
Deliciously sweet side dish, especially good for upping the veggie intake with something more flavorful than steamed vegetables!
Healthy, Easy, and Tasty. This is my take on my neighbor's fall vegetable dish. You can pretty much substitute any veggie you have on hand. We vary the recipe by adding onion, leeks, fresh tomatoes instead of canned, fresh garlic instead of powder, etc. If she is using dryer vegetables she drizzles the dish with olive oil.
Can be served as a main dish, side dish or even ingredient in another main dish. I have eaten it as my side dish and served it with lean sausages and peppers. I have even added it to my omelette which tasted SO GOOD!
