This recipe is posted on Recipe Zaar but I wanted to adjust the ingredients and I needed accurate nutritional information - I did not make this one up :-)
Soft dough. Soft biscuits. They dont even fall apart. So delicious. You can also add other things to the dough if you want like cheese, jalapeno, onion, herbs, and so on.
You make this cake in a coffee cup!
It only takes 3 minutes in the microwave!

Soooo amazing, you wont even know they're gluten free. I swear.
Gluten Free pancakes! And no fats were added either, so they're even good for you!
Spicy, thick chili made with any type of bean. Makes about 10 fairly large bowls, and like all chilis, tastes better the next day!

These brownies comply with the "slow carb" diet and are completely Gluten free.
WARNING: NEED MORE SWEETENER (i like mine less sweet, but most people will expect a sweeter brownie, dusted some with powdered sugar at the end or add more sweetener/sugar to mix)
P.S. I cut these into 20 little brownies but ended up eating about 5 of them for breakfast with some Greek yogurt (the nutrition facts are calculated for 1 brownie of 20...but people will probably eat more than 1)
I"m taking a 12 week class to help kick start my metabolism. All these foods in this recipe are on the 'allowed' list for this section of the class which is about low glycemic eating.
No sacrifice needed to eat this ice cream. Even though it is reduced sugar and almost eggless (lemon curd does contain egg yolks), you won’t know those ingredients are scaled back.
I love fall. I love cold crispy weather. And, I love pumpkin. But I’m not too crazy about sweet pumpkin dishes or even about sweet “sweet” potato dishes either. So I decided to make a savory pumpkin recipe. A couple of nights ago, my family pitched in together to make chili on a cold frosty Nebraska night. Tonight it is a cold chilly Texas night and chili seemed to be on order too. Hubby had two servings (unusual for him) and said, “you have to remember how to make this, it’s good.” So, here it is…
This hearty chicken salad is super nutritious, filling and easy to prepare. I roast my almonds from raw for extra crispness, taste and nutrition. For less calories per serving, use lo-fat mayonnaise. Cooking time is approximate and is for the baking of the chicken breasts.
This is a quick wrap with plenty of taste. A lavish is the name given to the millet, flax, spinach thick wrap shell produced by the Sami's Bakery lable. The wrap is non-gluten, crispy when grilled and nutritious. It is filled with turkey slices, cherry tomatoes, apple, 1/2 bacon slice and topped with Zatarain's Creole Mustard. Yum!
If you can't do wheat, here is a nice rye flour flat bread. Best served warm from the oven.
This gumbo is made with an olive oil roux and it's absolutely delish served over brown rice! You can substitute other firm white fish (cod etc) for the halibut, and mix and match other seafood. You can also substitute whole wheat flour for the bread mix if you don't need gluten-free.
These are fabulous for a special gluten free, casein free, sugar free treat. The recipe makes 8 servings.
