You can divvy up the batter and add different things like chunks of apple, chocolate chips, blueberries, nuts, etc. and make several different kinds at one time. So far I like dividing the batter in half, and to one half, adding 1/4 c. PB2 and a handful of chocolate chips and the other half chunks of fresh apple.

Olive Oil (enough to coat bottom of fry pan by 1/8 – ¼ inch)
